Graduated in Food Engineering from UNIFEB in Barretos – SP. He has specializations in International Trading of Oils, Fats and Seeds by FOSFA – Federation of Oils, Fats and Seeds Association of London – England; Social Responsibility and the Third Sector by the FIA/Fundação Instituto de Administração, MBA in International Trade by the FIA/USP and in Administration, Science and Management of International Trade by the IAE/Institute of Administration and Economics at the Pierre Mendes University in Grenoble – France./ span>

As an executive, he has been working in Sustainability/ESG for over 30 years where he has worked in several areas as commercial director, sustainability director and CEO of leading companies in their sectors. He was vice president of the RSPO – Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil, founder and member of the executive board of POIG – Palm Oil Innovation Group and external consultant at the World Bank/IFC./span>

In the private sector, he currently holds the positions of owner partner of the consultancy Brasil EcoCiência and CEO of CBKK SA – Purpose of Welfare and Conservation. In the association, he is chairman of the board of directors of ABAG – Associação Brasileira do Agronegocio and co-facilitator of the Coalizão Brasil Clima, Floresta e Agricultura. He is an advisor at ABRAPALMA – Brazilian Association of Palm Oil Producers, Conservation International (Brazil section), Instituto Arapyaú, Opportunity Private Equity, JBS-Amazônia fund, WCBEF – World Bioeconomy Forum (Finland) and Black- Jaguar Foundation (Holland).
