The Board of Directors‘ Management Advisory Committees have a very special role in achieving the Institute's objectives. Through them it is possible, in a decentralized way, to develop a series of technical and specific activities, not only to strategically guide the Board of Directors, but also serving as support for the Institute Staff‘s implementation.
Objective: Ensure the principles of good governance and auditing practices' adoption, under the Bylaws and applicable law terms, and constantly work so that the BKK Institute keeps up-to-date with good Governance, Auditing and Accounting practices.

Objective: Guide and supervise the Institute's science and technology developments, seek the necessary specialized human resources and establish partnerships with national and international institutions and innovative projects of the Institute’s interest, develop training programs in biodiversity products‘ bioindustrialization, collaborate with the Institute's initiatives‘ search for resources to foster technological developments.

Objective: Support decision-making in the CBKK/BKK's businesses through the preparation of consumer markets analyzes in Brazil and in the world, considering the products and services relevant to their development.

Objective: Ensure that, once proven the disruptive potential of a product, service or technology in a given segment, with its respective customers/consumers, we have all the necessary capabilities in order to scale with quality and speed. To ensure that this scope is well performed, the President and all members of this committee will work closely and aligned with the “Science, Technology and Innovation” and “Consumption and Consumer” committees to help them test the disruptive potential of each hypothesis and guarantee the optimal scalability model for each solution.

Objective: Map the externalities generated by the projects and activities and internalize potential benefits arising from the these externalities. The committee understands that many initiatives generate positive externalities, with the potential of adding value to the enterprise, either by increasing revenues (environmental services‘ sale, for example) or by valuing the brand. Internalizing such externalities can make businesses more viable, sustainable and attractive to investors and customers.
