Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in 1989 and post-graduated from Fundação Dom Cabral / Insead.

He has been working since 1997 in the area of executive selection and strategic consulting in human capital. He started his career at Spencer Stuart and joined Odgers Berndtson in 2003; chaired the company in Brazil between 2016 and 2019; and is currently responsible for the sectorial market practices and for the relationship of the Brazilian subsidiary abroad with the British headquarters and the other offices of the group.

Since 2020, he is also a Partner at OBB Capital M&A. A Partnership of Mergers and Acquisitions and Structured Operations formed by partners with extensive international experience in the financial market, in C-Level positions and on company boards.
Prior to his career, Luiz held leadership and management positions in Marketing & Sales, in the Durable and Non-Durable Consumer Products sectors, at companies such as Siemens, Whirlpool and Tec Toy. During this period, he also acted as an international agent participating in dozens of fairs in Hong Kong, Nuremberg, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.

In addition, Luiz Wever has written four books with more than 50 career cases of successful CEOs and entrepreneurs in Brazil and regularly contributes articles on the topic of Human Capital to several newspapers and magazines; in addition to having been invited to write about Restructuring of National Family Businesses.

• Member of the Ethics Committee of the Brazilian Snow Sports Confederation;
