Graduated in sports science and with a Masters in Business Administration, he is passionate about sports in general, and Olympic sports in particular, working in the management of sports organizations.

He has been working for more than 10 years at CBDN – Confederação Brasileira de Desportos na Neve, being currently the chief executive of the organization, in addition to participating in Committees and Councils in sport, and involvement in the International Olympic movement, currently as a mentor in the Young Leaders program of the Committee International Olympic Committee (IOC) and member of the IOC Olympic Program Commission.

With a strong involvement in governance, he actively participated in the movement in favor of Governance in Sport in Brazil that culminated in the creation of Rating Integra.
