Its mission is to democratize access to learning, creation and self-expression through entrepreneurship, innovation and technology, helping people understand how business, investment and culture/essence work, interconnect and impact our lives, so that everyone can improve decisions and fulfill your goals/purposes in life.

Bachelor's degree from EAESP-FGV with specialization in Corporate Finance & International Management, CEMS MSc in International Management @ ESADE Barcelona and @ HEC Paris, Executive Education from Harvard Business School with a focus on Private Equity and Venture Capital and Executive Education at Singularity University. He was also Director of the CEMS Alumni Association and its Treasurer, having been awarded CEMS Alumni of the Year in 2013. He was Director of exGV (EAESP-FGV Alumni Association), and member of the Harvard Angels of Brazil and HEC Association of Alumni of Paris. He is currently a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from AUDEN Educação and current President of the ESADE Alumni Association (Chapter Brazil).

He has lived abroad for over 12 years, accumulating extensive international and diversified experience in the sector. He has held positions in companies such as Fininvest-Unibanco (BR), Unilever Bestfoods (BR), ECS Elitegroup (ES), L'Oréal Madrid (ES), Ferrari-Maserati West Europe (FR), BNP Paribas (FR)), SAP (DE) and UBS Wealth Management and Investment Bank (CH, BS, UK and US). He was also a member of the Board of Directors of InTaxi Media (MediaTech).

Currently co-founder and managing partner of MAGNET Venture Capital (Proprietary Impact Investment Framework), co-founder and board member of Kodo Interactive & Groove.Tech (EdTech), co-founder and board member of Academy FW | 10 (Venture Builder), Shareholder @ AUDEN Educação (EdTech) and Investor & Board Member @ CBKK (Social and Environmental Impact Investment with an initial focus on the Amazon Forest).
