Graduated in Business Administration, postgraduate in Industrial Administration (FAAP), Marketing (ESPM) and Business Management (FGV).  

He worked for more than 15 years in South America, in the creation and expansion of markets in the consumer industry, Filtration, Civil Construction and Chemicals, in companies such as Dow Corning (Sil Trade), 3M (Cuno Latina) and Roca (Celite).  

He is currently Superintendent of Financial Services Products, focusing on results, through continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
