Before working in the innovation, environmental and social impact segment, Carla had extensive experience, as a legal executive, in the infrastructure, basic sanitation and international investment arbitration sector, in Brazil, Latin America, Africa and Europe.

In 2020, she had the opportunity to work as a senior foreign attorney at the Clifford Chance LLP office in Paris, France.

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University – PUC São Paulo, she has a postgraduate degree in Administrative and Public Law from FGV Direito São Paulo, specialization in Economic Competition Law also from that university and is certified by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, IBGC, in Corporate Governance. Corporate and Value Creation, with a focus on ESG.
