Graduated in Biology from UFMG and Master in Ecology from Unicamp, Guilherme Dutra holds the position of Director of the Ocean Program of International Conservation in Brazil, where he has worked since 1996.
Dutra has coordinated more than 50 fisheries conservation and management projects in coastal and marine areas, in the Abrolhos Region and along the Brazilian coast. Currently, its work is focused on the implementation of sustainable fisheries and tourism models, the systematic planning of conservation, the strengthening of networks of coastal and marine protected areas and the planning of sustainable landscapes.
